Directions for Use

⚠️ Important Safety Warnings:

• Always wrap the pack in a cloth or sleeve before applying to bare skin. Limit treatment to 15–20 minutes.

• DO NOT heat the pack for more than 2 minutes total, as overheating may cause the pack to burst or cause severe burns.

• For Cold: Freeze for at least 1 to 2 hours before application.
